Meet & Greet Reservation Policy

To submit a reservation please be sure to insert correctly your details, e-mail address and your telephone number. All reservations should be done through the online booking form, at least 24 hours prior the arrival. Please note that online bookings must be made 24 hours ahead of arrival. Late bookings can be made directly on our email info@marhabaitalia.com. Additional charges apply for late bookings (less than 10 hours).
Once you submit your reservation, you will receive a confirmation mail from our Office.
The booking form must be used only for reservation. Please do not use it for different request.
On making your booking please make sure to insert all the correct flight information, such as: airport and terminal of arrival, flight number, date and estimated time of arrival.

Lugagge
Please inform us with the exact number of luggage to be able to satisfy properly your request.
All luggage is carried at passengers own risk and the Company reserves the right at any time to refuse to carry unusually heavy and bulky luggage.

* Please note that the maximum luggage capacity for a van is 7/8 check-in large luggage and 7/8 hand luggage.

Please advise us if your luggage exceeds capacity as you will required a 2nd vehicle.

Special need passengers
Passengers travelling with a weelchair are advised that they must be able to board the vehicle on foot. Wheelchair should also be collapsible

Children
Child rate apply to children between 4 and 14 years of age. Due to italian’s regulation, children 0-3 of age have the duty to travel on a baby car seat, that will be provide upon request. Please do specify the age of your child/children.

Passengers duty
Passengers are responsible for any injury, damage or loss to The Company’s vehicle by any luggage brought by them. Passengers are responsible for any injury, damage or loss to other persons caused by luggage brought by them, and shall indemnify The Company against any liability to other persons for any resultant injury, damage or loss.

Passenger delay
From a time that a flight lands we anticipate that it will take approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour to clear immigration and collect baggage and to arrive at our meeting point. Any passenger who anticipate that it will take more than one hour to arrive at the meeting point, should contact us to inform about the delay. If we do not hear from a passenger 2 hours after a flight has landed, this will be charged as a no show.
Any passenger taking more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive at the meeting point after a flight has landed, may be charged for extra fee.

No show
All no show passengers will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation made within 48 hours of the date of arrival are subject to 100% cancellation charge. Cancellation made more than 48 hours prior the date of arrival will incur a 30% cancellation charge. If a holding deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable, except where The Company is at fault. Any refund will be on a case by case basis and at The Company’s sole discretion.
